Sergeant Jay Chapman has 19 years of dedicated law enforcement experience and serves as a valued member of the Unit 612 contract negotiations team. He was appointed to the PPOA Board in January 2022.

Serving the county since 1989 with 15 years of experience in patrol, custody, court services special operations division and administrative positions. 25 years as a PPOA delegate with experience in salary negotiations and grievances. Currently serves on the PPOA Scholarship Committee.
