President
President of PPOA since 2019. Began career with Sheriff’s Department in 1988, with assignments including custody, patrol court services, administration and technical services. Currently chair of the PPOA Associations Committee and Unit 612 Contract Negotiations. Also serves on the PPOA Communications Committee. Elected to the Board in 2011.

Lieutenant Ryan Vienna (Unit 612)
Vice President
Currently serves as PPOA Vice President. Entered County service in 2005. Previous assignments in custody, patrol, countywide services, special operations, and executive divisions. Served as a PPOA Delegate from 2017-2019. Appointed to the PPOA Board of Directors in 2019 and serves as Chair of the PPOA Communication Committee.

Custody Assistant Rosario “Tony” Coleman (Unit 621)

Serving the county since 1998. Currently assigned to Pitchess Detention Center-South Facility. Served as a PPOA Delegate from 2014-2016. Elected to the Board of Directors in 2016.

Lieutenant Robert Maus (Unit 612)
Board Treasurer
Lieutenant Robert Maus is a 25-year county veteran who has served as a valued member of the Unit 612 contract negotiations team. Coordinates DA’s Office Honor Guard at memorials and events nationwide, including numerous fallen-officer fundraisers for PPOA’s Star & Shield Foundation.

Law Enforcement Tech. Jim Blankenship (Unit 621)
Board Member
Serving the county since 1989. Assignments include Crescenta Valley Station, Altadena Station, Santa Clarita Station and more. Responsible for training and development for 911/Desk Operations. Serves on LASD Uniform and Equipment Committee. Elected to PPOA Board in 1998, currently Chairman of Unit 621 contract negotiating team.

Sergeant Tony Romo (Unit 612)
Board Member
Serving the county since 1989 with 15 years of experience in patrol, custody, court services special operations division and administrative positions. 25 years as a PPOA delegate with experience in salary negotiations and grievances. Currently serves on the PPOA Scholarship Committee.

Jim Schallert (LASD ret.)
Retiree Representative
31 years of county service. Former PPOA vice president with multiple terms on the PPOA board over the last 12 years. Played a key role on Unit 612 contract negotiation teams before retiring in 2019.

Sr. Criminalist Christopher Lee (Unit 14)
Board Member
Serving the county since 2004. Currently assigned to Forensic Biology Section with duties including crime scene investigations and DNA analysis. Joined PPOA Board of Directors in 2013.

27 years of county service. Currently serves as Chair of Unit 631/632 Contract Negotiations team.
