An official ballot count conducted this morning (11/21/22) confirmed the following:
- PPOA members who are LASD Sergeants & Lieutenants in Unit 612 have re-elected Sergeant Tony Romo and elected Lieutenant Jose Salgado to serve as directors on the PPOA board.
- PPOA members who are LASD Captains and Commanders in Unit 615 have re-elected Commander Joel Barnett to serve as a director on the PPOA board.
- PPOA members who are Civilian Investigators, Court Services Specialists, Crime Analysts, Law Enforcement Technicians and Public Response Dispatchers in Unit 621 have elected Crime Analyst Joe Walker to serve as a director on the PPOA board.
- PPOA members who are Custody Assistants in Unit 621 re-elected Custody Assistant Tony Coleman to serve as a director on the PPOA board.
Final ballot count results for all races are below:
Romo, Salgado, Barnett, Walker and Coleman will be sworn in to 2-year terms at the December board meeting.
